I’m Hannah (and I’m so glad you’re here.)
I’m a Pre and Postnatal Fitness Specialist along with a Registered Massage Therapist, Pilates Instructor and Birth and Postpartum Doula. I’m a mover, a healer, a listener, an educator and an advocate.
I bring a depth of experience and a holistic approach to the birth and postpartum space.
Over the past decade I’ve worked with hundreds of clients including elite athletes, professional dancers and everyday folks but it wasn’t until I began my specialization in pregnancy and postpartum that I truly felt a home coming.
I want to help you feel GOOD in your changing body. I am TIRED of a wellness industry that has us believing that our bodies are too big, too weak, too broken.
I’m on a mission to do fitness differently and to help you feel good and liberated in your body.
