Birth can be an empowering, transformative experience.

Yet most expectant parents enter into pregnancy with more questions than answers, relying on hospital classes that barely scratch the surface of what you truly can do to prepare.

You have more options than you think.

This comprehensive course goes far beyond the standard hospital birth class, equipping you with evidence-based information while guiding you to honour your intuition and instincts. When these powerful forces align, you can step into your birth experience with genuine confidence and clarity.

You don’t just want to survive your birth. You deserve to…

✓ Embrace this transformative time with strength, trust, and confidence - feeling empowered and deeply supported

Work with your body and intuition not against them, making informed choices grounded in evidence

✓ Experience birth as a profound moment of strength rather than fear - emerging feeling powerful and at peace

This empowerment comes through education, allowing you to trust your intuition and instincts with the confidence that evidence-based knowledge supports your decisions.

“Having Hannah on board was without a doubt the best decision we made for our new family” - Matthew S.

“No matter how little or big, you treat every question with the same seriousness and urgency. You were so good at addressing my worries” - Victoria N.

This isn’t your average childbirth education class.

It will empower you to approach birth not just informed, but truly confident in your body’s wisdom and your decision-making ability.

Meet Your Teacher

Hey, I’m Hannah (she/her), and I’m so glad you’re here!

Before I was a doula, a bodyworker or a personal trainer, I was an educator!

After obtaining a Masters Degree in Dance Science (M.Sc), I began teaching undergraduate and graduate students at universities across the UK, developing curriculum and teaching folks of all ages.

My teaching philosophy centers on empowerment through understanding. I believe that when expectant parents truly comprehend the physiology of birth, gain practical tools for their bodies, and prepare their support team effectively, they can approach birth with confidence rather than fear.

This course is informed by both academic research and real-world birth experiences, creating a learning environment where evidence and intuition have the opportunity to co-exist together.

I'm committed to helping you discover your own wisdom while providing the solid foundation of knowledge you need for an informed and empowered birth.

Live, Interactive & Built for Your Questions

This isn’t a pre-recorded course—each session is live on Zoom, with plenty of time for questions. You’ll be part of an intimate group where you can engage, connect, and get personalized guidance.
