I’m a massage therapist, fitness coach, birth doula, and full-time body nerd with a passion for helping folks through their pregnancy, birth, postpartum and into parenthood. My work is a mix of movement, bodywork, and emotional support, all designed to help you feel good in your body—whatever that looks like for you.
With a background in dance and a master’s degree in dance science (yup, that’s a thing!) I’ve spent over a decade weaving together expertise in movement and wellness. I’ve trained extensively within the birth space including specialized training in perinatal fitness and pregnancy massage including working at Sunnybrook Hospital’s High-Risk Obstetrics Unit.
Becoming a parent myself transformed how I approach my work. I understand firsthand the incredible shifts—physical, emotional, and mental—that pregnancy and postpartum bring. This is why I lead with care, inclusivity, and evidence-based support to help you navigate your journey with confidence.
My philosophy? Your body is already incredibly valuable as it is. Movement can be a tool towards wellness and should heal, not harm. And most importantly, you know your body best. I’m here to listen, guide, and work alongside you to create a plan that feels right—whether that’s finding strength through movement, relaxation on the massage table, or hands-on support and advocacy during labour.
