Should I use an epidural during childbirth?

Epidurals are the most common pain management tool used by 60% of birthing people in Canada. They do however, carry with them some risks. Being aware of the risks, benefits and alternatives available will be essential in making an informed decision on whether you choose to use an epidural at your birth.
