With 1:1 personalized fitness coaching you will receive a custom-tailored and comprehensive approach to your movement training that takes into account your unique needs and is here to support you, in the way you need.

Whether you are currently in the process of growing a human, recovering from the incredible act of childbirth, or parenting small people, we will work with your specific goals and individual challenges in a safe, body neutral space, where you can show up as you are.

When it comes to personal health and fitness, there truly isn’t any one-size-fits-all solution.

1:1 Coaching is for you if you are:

  • Pregnant and wanting unique guidance on how to properly prepare your body for birth, manage the demands of pregnancy and prepare for a smoother postpartum

  • Newly postpartum and wanting to build back a foundation of movement in a way that respects your core and pelvic floor

  • A busy mom/parent who wants to get back to regular exercise but isn’t sure how and needs the accountability to do it.

  • Know that strength training is important to build strong bones as you make your way into perimenopause and menopause but aren’t sure how to do it or where to start.

  • Managing pelvic floor symptoms like prolapse, incontinence or diastasis recti and wants movement training that with help with these symptoms

Option 1: Hybrid coaching

This package includes:

A mix of face to face session (either in person or virtual) and online workout programming.

Unlimited text support

Individual pricing available - packages start at $199/month

Option 2: Face to Face coaching

This package includes:

Face to face sessions (either in person at my home studio or virtual)

$95 / session

$900 for 10 sessions

*Option to add on workout programming


  • Face to Face sessions can either be done via zoom or at my home studio in the west end of Toronto. My home studio is equipped with a squat rack, barbell + plates, various dumbbells and kettlebells, TRX, resistance bands and balls.

  • Accessibility is important to me. If you are interested in any of these packages, but are restricted due to finances, please reach out. Sliding scale options are available.

I came to Hannah approximately 10 months postpartum. I had a diastasis recti, a weak core, was dealing with incontinence and was lost on what exercises would be safe for me.
